Last year I created a Recovery Crib Sheet based on several WWNH articles in the CONTENTS section.
NB: Because I had to put this list together quickly, it is based on several articles in the CONTENT section. Although it is intended as a guideline, is not intended to be authoritative or comprehensive - take from it what you need and apply it to your individual situation.
As I move through a thorough review of the nearly 3,000 articles in the WWNH library, I will expand and update the Crib Sheet accordingly.
HE HAS WRONGED HER (Recovery Crib Sheet)
1. Read Article 2022, including all the comments. It is a comprehensive introduction to the concept of RECOVERY.

2. Stop all criticism. BLAME IS POISON.
3. Use hints and indirection only. He reads this that he is respected less and has to earn her favor in things even disconnected from the offence.
4. She NEVER confirms lack of respect for him as husband.
5. She NEVER mentions forgiveness.
6. He concludes he has disappointed her. As she keeps her thoughts to herself, she earns his respect.
7. If he talks about the incident, she remains neutral. Let him lead. Don't criticise, judge, or condemn. Examples:
"OK"
"I accept what you say."
8. For a serious offense it will take months, perhaps years.
9. She cannot earn his favor. He has to want to restore the kind of attentions he previously had with her.
10. Show gratitude (where appropriate) without complaint or blame.
11. Use feminine wiles of indirectness and patience. This rebuilds mutual likeability.
12. To neutralize male dominance, don't argue competitively.
13. Men believe what they figure out for themselves better than what they are told.
14. After conquest she has no authority. She learns to cooperate and hopes he will treat her rightly. With a cooperating female, men will more easily live up to female standards and expectations.
15. Men don't stay with a female who has grown unattractive under his leadership.
16. When a woman complains, a man presumes he is to blame.
17. "Loose lips sink relationships." It can take only minutes to tear down and destroy something that took years to build. Master the fine art of saying nothing!
