This thread will contain examples of female characters from movies or TV who break WWNH rules. It's an opportunity to help identify mistakes. It might be fun to add observations as you watch DVDs or go to the cinema.
Film: "Manchester by the Sea" Who: the character Randi.
When Randi breaks up the adult frat party in the basement she does it in a very non-feminine (ball-busting) way. This is a particularly bad WWNH mistake because she did it in front of a group of her husband Lee's friends.
Rules broken: 1. Don't criticise directly 2. Don't criticise husband in front of others 3. Don't directly put the children above the husband 4. Don't swear
I don't think Randi should have brought her new husband to Joe's funeral. She put Lee in direct competition with her new husband, and new husband in direct competition with Lee. Bad, bad, bad! If she really wanted to come she should have come alone.
Rules broken: Men don't like to see former or new lovers/husbands.

I don't know if you have this show in other countries, but in the UK we have a show called 'Love Island', in which young, attractive, single people stay in a villa on an island, and have to 'couple up' (which involves sharing a bed) and completing challenges. As you would imagine, there is a lot of raunchy behaviour displayed by these people - Sir Guy would most definitely NOT approve!
I watched this show out of interest the other day (no judgement please!), and actually found this show very educational as an example of how not to approach relationships. The women in particular are forward, argumentative, use vulgar language and seem to have no problems with sleeping with multiple men only a day or two after meeting them. And then they wonder why they always get dumped or rejected.
There was one girl in particular, who held the title of 'Miss Great Britain' at that time (she was stripped of her title after performing a sex act on this show), who drove away man after man by acting desperate, needy, forward and repeatedly talking about her 'real boobs'. She got very upset on multiple occasions because she didn't know what she was doing wrong.
I found this interesting because I (and all the ladies on this forum I'm sure) was able to pinpoint the exact things she was doing wrong, and see it in the reactions in the men she was associating with.
So ladies, if you want to watch some trashy yet educational television, you might find this show interesting!

It's sad to see how misinformed these women are as you describe it (I have not seen the show). As you so aptly say, "she didn't know what she was doing wrong."
No doubt their lives could be transformed if they knew WWNH principles. I believe Sir Guy's dedication this work - even up until his last weeks on earth - was because he knew how completely life-changing these principles are.
